The Cochise County Fair Association formed in 1924. It is a non-profit organization sanctioned by the State of Arizona and Cochise County to host the annual Cochise County Fair.

Located just north of Douglas, Arizona, the fair facilities are also home to occasional rodeos, ropings, horse races and other public events and are available to rent for private events.
